Kiwanuka is a relatively new find for me.
I mean he’s been in the Communion Newsletter for a few months, but I
just barely got on the bandwagon when I listened to Home Again on
Spotify. And then I thought to myself, “holy
crap this guy is freaking amazing.” And then I looked at his website and
realized he’s doing a North American tour with Nathaniel Rateliff (another
incredible artist). So, if he’s coming
to your area, check him out (see you on tour MK! You incredible musician,
you.) And if he isn’t, just repeat this
song over and over again, so much talent crammed into this. Seriously. It reminds me a little bit of Pete Roe’s Oh
Susannah (lyric-wise.) Ahhh, just my kind of song. Freaking melts my heart.
